Dr. Angie Baker
Counselor
Dr. Angie Baker serves as the professional school counselor for the class of 2024 and 2027 at North Lake Early College High School. She is honored to be a part of the North Lake team. She has been in education since 2007, serving all years in Dallas ISD. She grew up in the Dallas area and attended Dallas ISD schools. She graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, obtained a master's degree in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, and earned a doctorate in Community Care and Counseling from Liberty University. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She is married and is the mother of two children, Jamal and Janelle. She also has a stepson, Jalen. Dr. Kyria Hart
Dr. Kyria Hart serves as the professional school counselor for the class of 2025 and 2026 at North Lake Early College High School. She is honored to be a part of the North Lake team. She has been working with youth in Dallas ISD since 2006. Dr. Hart has a passion to advocate for our youth by inspiring, motivating and empowering them to reach their fullest potential in life- academically, socially, and emotionally. She received her Doctorate degree from Liberty University and also practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is looking forward to a great year!
